Does anyone know why BWV, OKW, and SSR resale prices are lower than most other DVC resorts? I know the resorts expire in 2042 but I thought BCV also expires in 2042 and those prices are higher.

BCV is a MUCH smaller resort and it also has the huge draw of Storm Along Bay, so basically it's a supply and demand thing. Though the prices for BCV have dipped a bit recently. Someone just sent a contract to ROFR for $63, I think.

Other than the theme, Storm-a-long Bay, and being a little closer to Epcot, your guess is as good as mine.

Nice resort, we own there but IMO the views leave much to be desired.

As far as I can see, it's a location thing. BWV are ina prime location where you can walk to Epcot and the monorail, not to mention the boardwalk area, while SSR and OKW are only bus accessible. But other than that, your guess is as good as mine.

FYI SSR has a 2054 expiration
OKW can be extended to 2057

In addition to being a large resort BWV has the highest WDW annual dues 5.62 (but VWL has almost caught up 5.61)

But I would mostly say size. There's probably been more BWv owners that have sold due to the economy or life changes than demand, so prices keep dropping.
