Another question re Virgin check in....

We are flying Virgin UC on Sunday from Manchester. From what I can make out there may only be 12 UC seats on this flight. Does UC have it's own check in desk?? If so, it hardly seems worth checking in online as there will only be one or two others parties in our queue???
