I was looking at ticket prices and see where you can get the 5 consecutive days for only $82 per person...well if I'm paying $50 to get into IOA I wonder if we should go ahead and go to both parks.

Our dates are December 14-20...arriving on the 13 and leaving on the 21......I can't seem to find anything about the dates of the Maceys parade or details on anything...does anyone have a link with the dates and details?

What do you all think? We have done US twice and its fun, albet a bit dated where-as IOA is so much fun....but for Christmas they might both be worth it....HELP!

Definitely do both parks. IOA is my favorite too, but Universal has really changed. They now have Shrek, Jimmy Neutron and are in the process of getting a coaster so they are not as dated as you think. We enjoyed it alot on our last trip. Go to their website. The Macy's day parade starts on 12/13.

Hope that helps.

Ahem!

Go to Universal? Of course!!!!!! :) When were you last at Universal? They keep improving the park...I used to find it boring, myself, up until early last year when I was introduced to the Horror Makeup Show (and the Ghostbuster Show). :teeth: Besides, both parks offer something different. I believe the Macy's Parade is held at Universal, so if you are interested in that, by all means check it out. I know last year they changed the GB Show to a Christmas version of the show (didn't get to see it...my cousin told me not to bother...why did I listen?!)...dunno if they'll do it this year.

I love Christmas time at the parks...so much fun :)

Thanks so much,

Why couldn't I find anything at their sight...maybe I'm not looking right.... does anyone have the direct link about the Macey's Parade. It sounds like so much fun!

judging by years past...can anyone give me a rough time for the Macy's parade. early afternoon, late afternoon or evening...

thanks..

Jess

I would like to know the "about" times of the parade too. Are the floats as big as the real ones at Macys?
