I just want to say I am so thankful for your help with all my questions!

Our flight lands pretty early so I am not sure if our room will be ready or not. I was planning in leaving our stuff with the bell hops and have them hold it until the room is ready. But, I then realized my son's med need to stay in a certain temperature range (no higher than 77) and was wondering is the room they store luggage in temperture controlled? Also I dont want to lug my the nebulizer around but I don't want it get crushed or mixed in a pile of suitcases. Will they be able to do anything to help me with the above? I am staying at Pop if that makes a difference.

Thanks again!!

I know the bellhops have refridgerator space available to them. If you get groceries delivered from Garden Grocer or such, they package the perishables separately and they are held in a fridge until you pick them up. I would put the meds is a package clearly labeled with your name that you can pull out of our luggage and ask the bellhops to hold in the fridge for you.

Oh, I hadn't thought of this. I'm getting my 1st C-PAP tomorrow & will be going to OKW 12/3/10. Check-in isn't until 4pm & we arrive around 2pm. I can''t carry the thing with me through the parks. Will bell services keep it safe for me? It's very expensive & I can't afford to have it lost or damaged.

Whoops failed to mention meeds cant not go in the fridge. Basically have to stay at room temperature.

In that case, I would still package the meds separately, clearly marked, and ask when I got there. If the rest of the bags go in an area that is not temperature controlled, pull out that package and ask them to keep it in a cool area. Do the same thing with the medical equipment. Put stickers on its bag with "Fragile" and "Medical Equipment" and mention it to the bellhops. I'm sure it will be kept safe. DW is very accustomed to people with special needs and medical problems, and they go out of their way to make sure their needs are accommodated. That's part of what keeps so many of us coming back time and again. It's a place where our special needs are met matter-of-factly, as nothing out of the norm.

I always leave my nebulizer with bell services. Both at WDW and at DL. I have never even mentioned that it is medical equipment. I just give it to them with the rest of our luggage and we've never had a problem
