Another question about updating FD...(sorry)

I know this is somewhere in all these posts but I know I have read this both ways....

If you stay at a Moderate resort and they offer FD, which do you get,
Quick Service or Regular Dining?

I think I have read it both ways on here. We already booked our package with Quick Service Dining and will keep it that way but am hoping to get FD (any type).

I think if we only get Quick Service FD we may upgrade to the Regular Dining just because it would be so much nicer to sit down and eat. We have been so many times and it's just the two of us.

I have read the upgrade costs so I think I understand that pretty much. That is still worth it to us.

Should I make ADR's just in case at the 180 day mark?

Regular dining planning at the mods: 1 TS, 1 CS, 1 snack per person, per night. Also included for 2012 is the refillable mug. Yes, definitely make your ADRs at 180 days.

Thanks-that's great news! I wonder why I read it both ways (that mods get quick service) Ok-so no upgrading necessary if FD becomes available.

So now I just have to decide where to eat and make ADR's in the hopes of FD.

Pretty sure that earlier this year there was a PIN going out offering free QS at the mods, maybe you had read about that.
