Another Question about Unlimited Express

I been reading here the post and realized that the best option is stay on-site. My question is, if my son and I stay one night, and buy 2 days tickets does Unlimited Express will cover the two days?? A single mom trying to save time and money

onsite guests are allowed the perk of unlimited express line usage on the day they check into the hotel and the day they check out.

valid thru the time the parks close that check out day.
