Another question about booking!

Since we're planning on booking a last minute trip..is it better to book online or call wdw directly? i'm a little concerned about the problems with the current website but also am not like hearing about the long wait times on hold. We're planning on going the last week of January.

If you are waiting another couple of weeks, then I'd call.

But I would go on line and get the best deal showing, then make sure the CM is willing to give it to you.

As far as waiting on the phone, everyone was jumping on the new deal, so the lines were filled. In anothe week or so, the waits on the phone should go down significantly.

Plus, I think the problems with the website (reservations seeming to disappear, people unable to make changes or cancellations, etc.) added to the increased call volume. As the website seems to have less kinks every day, I'm guessing the hold times should decrease.
