Hi all,
Now I'v got another question about these AP rates. Just did the math and it seems that I will save about $80 dollars when I get the AP rate and buy an Premium Annual Pass instead of the 10 day premium ticket with expiration. Also I have the benefit of visiting another time within one year without paying for admission (not sure at this time).
The only thing is that it is not possible for me to present an activated AP on my arrival day. We will possibly arrive after 11pm, so even downtown Disney is not an option at that time, not to say that we will be tired by then.
Should it make sense to split the reservation, so that I have one reservation for the first night at rack rate and the other 12 nights at the AP rate? We prefer to stay at the same resort. Has anyone split a reservation like this before for this particular reason?
At the moment I don't know if it is worth all the extra hassle and the strange looking faces at check in.
What do you think?
Marcel.
