I was also wondering about Tide To Go. Is that allowed in purses during flights? With three young kids my purse is always packed with odd stuff. Thanks for your info.:dance3:

It's liquid. It needs to go in your "3-1-1" bag, or in your checked luggage.

You might want to clean out your pocketbook a few days before your trip, to avoid surprises.

Forget about trying to memorize a list of what specific items are allowed and what specific items are not.

THINK LIQUIDS. THINK GELS.

If the item is a liquid or a gel, it is NOT permitted in ANY of your carry-on bags ...

... unless it is in a labeled container of 3 ounces or less. You are permitted one quart-sized zip-top bag per ticketed passenger. Inside that zip-top bag, you can place as many 3 ounce or smaller containers as can comfortably fit (and the bag has to close).

So if Tide to Go is 3 ounces or less, do as kaytieeldr said and put it in your "3-1-1 bag" (the quart-sized zip-top bag) along with any other stuff you want in there. If it's larger than 3 ounces, just put it in your checked luggage. There are NO restrictions on liquids in checked luggage.
