I know this has been discussed time & time again, but, what are the rules for 5 in a room at the CBR....can you do that? All of the sudden my husband springs it on me that he might want to take his Goddaughter (12) with us....please help me out here....

Are you planning on bringing an air mattress or some other way for someone to sleep on the floor? They won't provide you with a cot. If one of the kids is under 3, that's OK, because they'll send a crib for them. I have no idea if they are "strict" about checking, but I could never spend the week being worried about being "caught" but that's just me.

If you are going to have 5 people going you may want to look into getting a cabin at FW. They are roomy, have a separate bedroom, a large outdoor deck & the best thing is that they have a full kitchen. We really take advantage of the kitchen for breakfast & snacking.

Also - it looks like we are neighbors. I live in Lancaster, NY right of Transit Rd. :D

I don't believe the op was asking to sneak someone in, she was just asking what the rules were regarding room limits.

As another said, unless one is under 3, the limit for CBR is 4 people.

Nope, I was not planning on sneaking.....I would be a wreck all week.....I guess we could get 2 connecting rooms at All Stars too....we really wanted to stay at CBR.....
yes, Melsmice.....we are neighbors....we live in the Town of Tonawanda near Sheridan & Parker.....hi neighbor!!!!
Thanks, I will check out WL....that is a thought.....

HI... I think you can have 5 in a room at the Swan & Dolphin. If you don't want to go the value route you may want to check with them. They have some great specials going on right now - $139 or $129 if you are teacher, gov worker, or nurse. The $139 rate may be less or about the same as 2 all star rooms and my preference would be Swan or Dolphin rather than all stars because of location, etc. Have fun on your trip.

LOL - I own a dance studio in the City of Tonawanda near Tonawanda High School. Not real close to you, but actually closer to where you live than where I live!!

Also, the cabins are in FW - not the Wilderness Lodge. I think if you wanted 5 at WL you would have to get a junior suite or something like that. The FW cabins are the absolute best.

One more suggestion. You could look into renting points from a DVC owner. We did just that this past Nov. & ended up buying an OKW resale when we returned home. :p (It took a few years, but I finally got my husband to buy in - all he needed was to stay there once)
