I am hoping to get a quick answer here to some basic questions that I know most everyone here already knows the answers!

1. Can I get PS for Cinderella's Royal Table 60 days in advance of our trip. I am not talking the Character Breakfast.... Just a standard Lunch or Supper. (They only have Character Breakfast - right?) This would be the only PS arrangements that I am considering.

2. You do not have to be a guest at a WDW property, right? Anyone can call and make PS arrangements.

3. Any other tips for a first-timer would be greatly appreciated! I am wondering what the atmosphere would be like at lunchtime.

TIA
:D

I'm sorry, I don't understand all your questions...it's Friday and I'm ready to go home so pls. excuse me.

I'm sure you can make PS 60 days out for Lunch/Dinner at Cindy's Royal Table. (CRT Breakfast are very much different and very much difficult to get.)

I don't think you have to be a WDW Resort guest to make PS...hmmm...I never though of that, maybe someone can help us out on this one. (I know when I make PS, they always asked which resort we're staying), but I think as long as you have admission into MK, it'd be fine.

DH and I had a late lunch there and it was beautiful. There are no characters for the lunch or dinner. It's not as crowded as Cindy's Breakfast and it's quieter and at a slower pace. The food was ok, but you're really paying for the ambiance, the fact that you're eatin in the castle...overall, we had a great time.

I really hope this helped, ENJOY!!!!

Anyone can make a PS, you do not have to stay on property. You can make a PS for CRT 90 days out and that applies for most of the sit down restaurants at Disney, with the exception of of the dinner shows and Victoria and Alberts.

I haven't eaten in the castle so I can't answer your question about the atmosphere. Sorry.

We recently ate lunch at Cindy's. The food and service were very good. We had the salmon sandwich and next time we will split it, it was huge but delicious.

We made a PS about two weeks before we went, ofcourse our trip was in January.

I have eaten at CRT for dinner. Great prime rib! As you were told you can make a PS up to 90 days in advance.

Anyone can make a PS whether you are staying on property or not. They will ask where you are staying, just tell them. It's only for their statistics.

Happy Planning!

I made PS 60 days out.....so you can do that. You do not have to be on WDW property to make any PS. Anyway, we had PS for 12 noon. Because we were on the silver plan, we ordered the prim rib lunch....that was wonderfull. As we were waiting to be called to lunch, two characters came out....Cindy's mouse friends....we all got pictures and etc. After lunch, as I was coming down the stairs....Cinderella was sitting in her chair in the lobby...and the lobby was empty! We were able to take wonderful pictures and really take time to talk with her. She adored my mickey earrings and we talked about shopping! Then the lobby started to fill up and we had to go. That was one of my favorite WDW memories this trip.

Thanks All !

I did some more looking and found that yes, anyone can make these PS.. and up to 90 days out.

We will be going slightly off season (early May, while schools are in session) So, looks like Cindy's may not be super crowded.

Thanks again for all the help! I figure if we want one nice sit-down meal in the park, then it might as well be Cinderella's Royal Table. DS keeps asking 'what's in the Castle!!" :D
