Another price increase...

I just talked to my guide and she informed me that June 3rd is the date for the next price increase. It is going up to $75 per point. A year ago it was $62!!
All the talk about putting the money in the bank or investing it and vacationing on the interest...I don't think so! At this rate, we can enjoy our DVC for the next, say, 20 years, then sell and retire on the profits!! (Just joking)
Buying into DVC has been better than the Stock Market or any other investment.
What a great way to vacation!

I wish I would have added on last year when the price was much lower and Boardwalk was still available.

I am on a wait list for a small add on with resale but if nothing comes up I will add on somewhere with Disney before this next price increase. If I don't do it now I won't be able to afford to do it with they way prices keep going up.

I was speaking to my guide yesterday to discuss info on incentives and financing and stuff. Before I knew it, I made the leap and decided to buy a 66 point add on at HH! It's amazing what an incentive a few more dollars a point can be! So much for waiting for Beach Cluib points
