Another post asking about Tree Exchange

I'd like to donate one and coordinate for another resort. Can someone who's accomplished this (bobbiwoz for example) let me know how.

So if we want to schedule a tree, do we look for a thread for our specific resort???? I see there are trees for AKV, and we are there from 12/15-24, so I just need to find out how I schedule one.

Basically, the donor donates a small artificial tree with lights and decorations. He or she ships that tree to the resort, and usually provides a prepaid label to ship the tree back home at the end of the exchange.

The coordinator assembles a schedule of people who will exchange the tree. Sometimes, more than one person wants the same dates, or the dates overlap. Bobbiwoz has suggested that for simplicity, the donor should get first dibs, and then other families are taken in the order in which they sign up (by sending a PM to the coordinator).

The main difference this year is that we are coordinating each resort separately, as having a single coordinator proved to be way too much work for one person.
