Another Pilates ????

For anyone who has and uses the Windsor Pilates, did you get the additional videos.... Abs, Upper Body, etc.... or just the basics. I would really like to get the Abs also but I don't know if it's worth it.

I just bought the three pack set. I think that's the intro, basic and advanced. Hope someone else can answer your question!

I also just have the 3-pack - I didn't even know they had any other tapes. But I'm confused b/c the regular tapes are made to strengthen your "powerhouse" which is essentially your abs. Every exercise is tied into it somehow so I'm not sure if you had the regular tapes why you'd need a separate ab one

Now the tapes do not do anything for your upper body so that would be of interest. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
