WOO HOO!!!!! :bounce: You Go Girl! :bounce: Was exactly what I told myself after I stepped off the scale this morning because I lost another pound! Making the grand total now 8 pounds in 20 days of doing WW. That does not include my free days. :cool1:

I am really proud of myself for sticking to a diet for this long. It is definitely a first for me. As well as weight lifting and using the elliptical machine. I am actually craving it! I am very excited to go into work (on my day off) tomorrow and do my workout.

And with all diets I wish the pounds would come off quicker. I am seeing results in my legs, but I am not seeing anything in my belly but after baby flab. It's really gross.

Every pound gone is a pound you will never ever have to see again. Your exercise routines sound awesome! Keep up the great work and repeat after me "muscle weighs more than fat". I hate hearing it but I know it's true :).
 
You're doing a great job, Melissa! Don't worry about those "trouble spots" just yet, they will follow in turn with the rest of your body! Just keep up what you're doing! :)
