Yes- both have been similar to others that have passed. On the low end, but not the lowest at all. Just luck of the draw.

We just had the AKV contract we were trying to sell ROFRed. Shocked actually since it was at a higher price than what others had been selling for.

I just found out today that Disney ROFR'd the contract that I was purchasing for OKW. It's a sad day.
I will be starting over and trying again once I find a suitable purchase.
