Another on-line check question/problem

I went back in to the on-line check to add some Passport information. The Pre-Post Cruise tab was greyed out, so I went in and made sure all information was there.

We are doing a B2B, so for the question on where we are going after the cruise, I selected Disney Cruise and it automatically filled in "Wonder" for me.

When I select Continue it takes me to "Onboard Account"--all filled in, so I hit Continue and it then takes me back to Pre/Post Cruise once again.

Port Arrival Time/Review Contract/Signature Form are all greyed out.

I go thru the process again, making sure everything is filled in, nothing missing, and the same thing happens.

Any ideas as to why i can't get to the Port Arrival Time and the Signature Forms.

DCL says I am all checked in, but I should be able to print the Signature Forms, shouldn't I?

If you have kids, you have to allow them charging privs in order to be able to print the sig forms the first time and complete the process. You can then go back and uncheck that option and reprint the forms.

No kids, two adults, and both are selected for charging. Any other thoughts?

I would call DCL. Sounds like a system problem to me.
