We've never been to WDW in October before so I am a little concerned about our itinerary. Our party will consist of DH (5th trip), DS (4 year old - his 4th trip), DS (9 month old- his 1st trip) and me (7th trip). We are staying at AS Movies on Tuesday (our check-in day) b/c we won't arrive until later in the day and didn't want to waste $s on deluxe room and passes.

We are also traveling with three other families, but we are each planning our own itinerary with some events together. Any input you have will be greatly appreciated!!!

Tuesday (10/21) - check-in at AS Movies around 3-4pm. Will either hang out at pool and eat at Food Court or head over to Downtown Disney (depends on how tired everyone is when we arrive)

Wednesday (10/22) - check-in at BWV and activate FTP. Head over to MK (must ride Buzz Lightyear first!!!). DS wants to check out some rides he has never done before (Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain - we'll see if he stays brave once we arrive (LOL). We will then head back to the BWV and rest and shower. We may then head over to MGM. Hope to see Buzz , Woody and Jessie and maybe stay for Fantasmic.

Thursday (10/23) - Depending on whether we get to MGM on Wed., we will either head to MGM or AK. Go back to BWV for rest and showers and hang out at BW (Spoodles for dinner).

Friday (10/24) - Disney Quest in am for DH and DS (4 year old video junkiei) and either pool or Downtown Disney for me and DS (9 month old). Then lots of rest b/c we heading to MK for dinner at either LTT or CP and MNSSHP.

Saturday (10/25) - sleep in and head to Epcot for touring FW and early dinner at Garden Grill.

Sunday (10/26) - AK (character breakfast at Donald's). Head back to BWV for rest and head over to Epcot for dinner and casual touring.

Monday (10/27 - our 8 year anniversary) - MK for serious touring (FL, MTTS and anything else we missed). Head back to room to rest then Epcot for TOD and Illuminations.

Tuesday (10/28) - sleep in. Head to MGM to finish up whatever we missed. If we missed Fantasmic on Wednesday, we'll do it now.

Wednesday (10/29) - Character Breakfast at BC and check out.

Depending on how tired kids (and DH) are we would like to get to WCC at WL for dinner one night, as well as a quick meal at B&C and possibly late dinner at FF on BW for DH and me to celebrate.

*rest means naps, but possibly pool time, too!

Again, any suggestions/advice you have will be greatly appreciated!!!

Looks like a great tour plan to me!!!!

We'll be there Oct 13-18 for our first MNSSHP! (we've done the Christmas party three times and it is so much fun!)

Have fun!!!

On the Wednesday, I suggest you use WDW to move your bags. You obviously have to get to BWV to get your UPH, but there's no good reason to tote your bags all over the place, even if you have a car. And, baggage transfer when leaving All-Star is so easy - pack and leave in the room!

I have been told (i.e. no personal experience) that MNSSHP on Friday can get quite busy with all of those locals... So maybe the party on Sunday the 26th would be less crowded. We went last year, but it was a Thursday, so I can't offer any first-hand help. It is a lot of fun. Go in costume if you can, hit as many of the trick-or-treat stations as you can, be sure to get a good spot for the fireworks, get your family picture done early (shorter lines and you're not quite as tired LOL!).

Also, I believe you can call now to get a PS at LTT on MNSSHP night - you will likely have to tell the CM that you've got tickets. I don't think CP takes PS until 60 days before, as normal.

Epcot Parade Warning... No more ToD there. I think the last showing was back in Feb/Mar. They finished it up with the end of the 100 Years thing. I am very disappointed, DW even more since it was literally her favourite thing.
