Like bbogz posted I also am looking to book in november. My ? is what is going on at WDW at this time? How do you find out what conventions, tour groups etc. are booked then? I thought holiday rates kicked in on Nov. 19? Is that correct? I am waiting to see if codes come tomorrow as well and will be up early hovering over the computer with glee:) . My best choices are 8-10th or the 15-17th. This is a quick trip for me and DH because I am whining that I miss WDW and he said if "we" can have a vac. without the kids we can go YIPPIE:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: Thanks good people for your kind replies.

Magic teacup, I would definitely pick the 15th-17th of November over the 8th-10th. I think the 8 - 10th will be busier since it's Veteran's Day weekend. I believe it is also the end of New Jersey week and Soap weekend at MGM. We'll be arriving on the 10th and leaving on the 18th so I hope that this is good advice. :)

We are arriving on the 8th and leaving on the 18th. Our only plan is to avoid MGM during Sopa Opera weekend. I have heard though that the ride wait at MGM is non existent because everyone is in line to meet the stars. We will see!:D

Thanks for the good idea for nov. 15 wknd. that will work great and hopefully avoid some crowds. I appreciate the reply.

Thanks, ya'll! We had that same question - what weekends to avoid in November. Looks like we accidentally stumbled on to the perfect weekend to go - the 14th through the 18th. And, we got code rates!!

;) Booked POFQ for nov. 15 and 16th (wish I could do more but kids have to go to school sometime LOL) It's a late anniv. trip for just me and DH. Didn't book through DC because only two nights and we didn't need mini golf..........my son plays but I'm assuming it was an expiration of stay thing so can't save it till next time we let the kids back into the world. Decided not to even splurge on the king bed so came out to $94/ night with standard view room there. More money saved for souveneirs. We've never stayed at POFQ so it will be fun trying a new place. I was going to go really cheap and book ASMo but heard through the DIS grapevine that that resort wasn't booking the code. Thanks everybody:jester: :jester: :jester:
