Another Mousekeeping Question..

I'll be staying in a studio at AKV from a Saturday night to a Sunday morning for a total of 8 nights.

I know I will get a towel and trash service at some point but I'm unsure if we will get a full cleaning later in the week.

I think we will but I'm not sure when. It does not make since to get it the last night of our stay, so I guess my question is will they do the full cleaning at the 7 or 8 night mark (which ever it is) or will they do it in the middle of the week based on our reservation?

When you check in, ask about this and you can request it for a different day if you like. Beware though, there have been posts on this board of people who did this and then go no cleaning at all!!! Hopefully, a rare experience.

the 4th night you get the full cleaning, the 8th - you get the trash and towel.

but this is only for reservations 8 days or longer.

you can change it at the front desk when you check in.

'Housekeeping

Trash & Towel Service
For stays of seven or less nights, Trash & Towel Service is provided on day four, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both.

With Trash & Towel service, Housekeeping will:

Empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
Provide fresh bathroom linens.
Replace shampoo, facial soap and bath soap.
Replenish facial tissues, paper towels and toilet paper.
Replenish coffee, sugar, cream and sweeteners.
Replenish dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, sponges and laundry detergent as needed in One-, Two- and Three-Bedroom Vacation Homes.

Full Cleaning Service
For stays of eight or more nights, Full Cleaning Service is provided on day four and Trash & Towel Service is provided on day eight. After that, the cycle begins again on day 12, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both.

With Full Cleaning service, Housekeeping will provide everything included with the Trash & Towel Service, plus:

Change the bed linens.
Vacuum and dust the Vacation Home.
Clean the bathroom(s).
Clean the kitchen/kitchenette and wash the dishes. '

To clarify what Spicey is saying, if you check in on Saturday you'll get a full cleaning on Tuesday (your check-in is considered day #1) and T&T the following Saturday.
