Another Miracle (or 2, or 3) Disney Marathon on ICE! WISH team did it again!

and as you know, we made it without incident!! PTL!!


We really like the way that ME has streamlined the check in process!! Now you have your ME booklet - just head straight to the bus line - no need to get in line to check in then get in line for the bus!!

We were very fortunate to stay at Beach Club Villas - but unfortunately it never warmed up to use Stormalong Bay!

The hardest part for us is hard to pin point - for DD she couldnt believe we werent going straight to the MK - we had to get our marathon packets!!

which was at the World of Sports - take a bus there, look around, purchase a few items, get back on the bus...

You would have NEVER gotten me on a plane in that type of weather! Never! But even though it was freezing cold in FL as well, I sure it was nice upon landing to not have to deal with any snow.

The hardest part of recreating the experience, is the pictures!! Why arent they in the right order on photobucket? SERIOUSLY!!

Puppy is sleeping right next to me! Dh just called and he has left the building!! So I will have to begin feeding this crew - but I had to check in and see if I had any PMs related to the 2011 weekend!

After we secured our packets we wanted to wander around to see the booths - only they werent where they were in 2008!

Out this building and into the next building booths and shopping!! DH looked at the "I DID IT" Shirts, but we knew we would have to complete the runs before purchasing these babies! (HINT: if you see one you like, buy it save the receipt they can be returned in Disney, but just try finding a shirt once you complete the race!)

I see a WISH shirt - it looks like - IT IS its Anne!! This wonderful soul helped me to the finish line in '08 so of course I want to say "HI" but she is listening to this tape stuff.... wait, they help plantar fascitis

That is how I got my shirt; I bought it first, but was determined that I was going to cross that finish line!!! I had heard that before (about them being hard to find afterwards).

I hear you about the shirts. I wanted one, but didn't want to jinx myself. I thought they would at least have them in the runners tent. but.....
Next year I am buying one ahead of time.
