another Memory Maker question - who has used it?

I heard that with the new MM that you are not able to edit the same picture more than once like you can with the PP CD. Is this true? I loved that feature of being able to change the same picture 100 times if you wanted to and still getting all of the edits. Its the one thing keeping me from purchasing it and I need to get it today.

Also, if I did the regular Potopass, would that be linked to my Magic Bands?

I'm using site now and have no issues editing picture 15 zillion times. It has changed but I honestly think it's easier now.

You just have to hit create a copy but yeah you can.

Magicbands just function as a PhotoPass card you wear on your wrist.

Great! Thank you. Just wanted to make sure all of the pictures I edit would be available. I love having the same picture with different borders and stickers because I can never really decide which to put on there. If I had to pick one I would be in trouble.

Do they still have the same amount of borders and stickers? I'm hoping for a few Happy Birthday ones for my son who will turning 4 while we are there.

Also, can all pictures I edit can be downloaded to my home computer?

I think the only difference between PP+ and MM is that MM is completely digital, but with the option of purchasing the CD. The only thing I am not clear on is what happens if you have lots of photos - like too many to download. With PP+ I have never been able to opt for download instead of the CD being shipped because we always have more than the maximum limit.

Oh no!!! Is there a limit you are allowed to download? last time we went I ended up with over 800 photos after all the edits and borders I did.

I didn't see this thread last night. I hope you went ahead and ordered!

I got MM for our trip Jan 17-25 and have since edited and downloaded all my photos. I made multiple copies of photos to have different sizes/borders, just like on the previous PP site. I didn't see anything about limits, and I ended up with about 300 images. They all downloaded with no problem.

It seemed like maybe there are a few more borders/stickers to choose from now... or at least you have access to more of them for any specific photo. You still get park-specific borders for pics in that park only, but there are many "autograph" stickers, princess borders, dated borders, etc. available for any photo. And there was definitely a birthday one, too.

I had to be careful, because both 2013 and 2014 versions of dated borders were available when I was working on mine. Not sure how long those will stick around, but it might be something to watch.

I just downloaded about 600 pictures yesterday and they were broken down into 8 downloads with about 75 pictures on each file. It took a few minutes to do each one but I am quite sure you can do as many as you want.
I do wish they would add more borders and stickers (especially character signatures) but overall I am pleased with the product.
This was my third time using the Photopass system (now Magic Maker) and with our large group it is well worth the money. We would never have any group pictures without it.

There is no download limit. It was 700 on the old site but that went away with the new site.

How much is the disc to purchase from MM+? I always kinda liked getting the disc from PP.

I ended up not ordering it because of all the uncertainty and decided to just go with the regular Photo Pass with the CD. I am comfortable with that, I know it, I've used it numerous times and I love it. I am a creature of habit I guess. It is now only $119 so I save a little money on it at least. And I figure if I end up buying the ride photos, it will run me the same amount. I think that is the only difference picture-wise aside from the dining pics, which won't matter to us since we are not going to any of the included places anyway. I like having the disc sent to me as well. And its included in the price, so I am happy wth it.

Today would be too late to order anyway since our first park day is saturday.

I appreciate all of your help!!! We leave tomorrow after we get the kids from school and start our drive! We will arrive around dinner time on friday and jsut settle in the room and grab some dinner. Saturday is HS!
