Another marriage license question

DF and I are going to get our marriage license through the mail from Brevard County. In the paperwork for the Application to Marry, it says "You must submit your Certificate of Attendance from the counseling provider with your application." Does anyone know what this means??

I believe that's only if you have attended pre-marital counseling. In Fl, the fee for a marriage licence is less if you have attended...
