Another Magical Express Question

If my flight leaves Orlando at 5:30 p.m., what time do you think we will need to board the Magical Express bus for the airport? Do they have a set schedule they adhere to, or do they run on an "as needed" basis and I need to set up a time for departure? Do you think we would have time to visit a park that morning?

We're staying at POFQ...if that makes any difference in times.

You should have a letter under your door the day before you depart. In the letter you will be told what time you leave for the airport. I think it's usually about 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight. It sounds like you will have plenty of time to do something before you leave.

Your ME bus reservation should be for leaving the resort 3 hours prior to plane departure. Perhaps 3-1/2 hours for charter and international flights. You need bus vouchers and a bus time. If you did not get a packet with this information the morning before you leave, or if the departure time is too tight, go down to the front desk right away to straighten things out.

You are not guaranteed seats on ME without reservation even though buses generally come through regularly.

If I can ask a question along a similar line... I have heard that if you are flying certain airlines you can precheck in and get your luggage tgged at the hotel so that you do not need to lug your luggage once you get to the airport...it will go directly on the plane. Is there a list somewhere of which airlines are included for this? Thanks.

ZanneMarie, I'm assuming that your flying NWA or Spirit. I believe that both airlines are on the program.Hope this helps.
