Another Magical Express Question

Hi, I am in need of some help.
My family of four just received our ME luggage tags and travel vouchers in the mail today. We leave for Disney in 15 days!!! My problem is that we will be adding on another child. Since she is not officially on the reservation at the hotel yet...since I have not purchased her park tickets yet, can I still add make a reservation for her on the ME? We do have a plane ticket for her already. Also, if I haven't added her on at least 10 days before, will I still be able to?

Yes, you should be able to add her on...just give DME a call and add her to the reservation. The thing that could be problematic is how many do you have in your room. If it's a deluxe, then no problem. But, otherwise, you could have a problem.
Since you most likely won't get any tags for her, you should be able to use one of those you already have. I'm assuming that everyone won't be checking 2 bags each, so you should have plenty of tags.

We are staying in a value, but we have one under 3...so he will sleep in a crib. Can she still ride on the bus even without the voucher? Or will they just print one out for her at the airport? Tags for luggage will be no problem as I am sure we all won't be taking 2 each. Thanks!

There won't be any problem arriving at Disney but each person, children included, must have vouchers for the ME bus trip going home. Voucher problems can be resolved at the resort if that is more convenient. If the CM's are attentive you won't get away with a child, over two upon arrival, not on your room reservation.
