Well Chicken Fried Steak is a nice start. But we here also now do. Drum roll. Trumpet fan faire.... Chicken fried chicken. Stop. I know what you're thinking. Can't you just fry chicken? Well no. We have to take a perfectly good chicken, grind it up into a chicken burger, then coat and fry it. fry it. Or as the case may be, pound the chicken breast to Oblivion. I mean who wants plain ole fried chicken when we can have chicken fried chicken?

How cool! I've never been there, but it looks like a beautiful country.

WOW!!! I am always shocked at the price of lobstah out of our area. Right now at our local they are 6.99 a pound for chix, and they will cook them for you.
Especially since that is the "fake" lobster as we refer to Florida lobsters. Heck the cruise we took last month had "lobster" night I was amazed people were nuts about the FL version.

Gonna be a beautiful day here, working til 2:30 then out to enjoy the 80 degree day. This whole week is gonna be sunny and in the 80's. I am definitely playing hooky one day this week.

Now keeping on the food theme, we are having friends over tonight for a little steak grilling and a nice big pitcher (or 2 or 3 or who am i fooling - endless) of marguaritas
