As soon as we got back from our trip, we realized that our DS left his autograph book in the kids club on the last night.
I emailed customer service and was given a # to call on land. It was on my to-do list but I had not gotten to it; however, it showed up on my doorstep!
I came home one day to find a Fed-Ex envelope with my DS's book. They addressed it to him and included a note to him. He was so thrilled to not only get mail but that "Mickey sent him back his book"!
I can't remember the lady's name but it started with a "N" - and we just wanted to say THANK YOU for going out of your way to send back a special book for my DS.
