Just curious... Will the one with the "h" pass spell check if the "h" is capitalized? It may be lookinmg for upper-case if it thinks it's a proper noun.

Are,our, and if you are from the midwest--hour all sound the same. Try teaching phonics to first graders sometime!

Also, don't forget read and read(red). I always love the unit when I have to teach all these groups of words to children. Why is it like that? Because that's the way it is, I guess.

No, but it will if the "S" is capitalized..

I use the Google toolbar spell-checker also - my spelling is usually not too bad, but my typing is often horrendous...

I two have check out the to speliing of savannaH and agree with you're findings. Their should be one clear spelling of Savanna, not these losenesses of those wordings.
