Another last minute question ...

... how do I access the Disabled Parking - via the main parking??
I have a letter from my Dad's doctor explaining his recent fall and injury so I'm hoping that will be enough. Do I need to have been into City Hall first with it or can we show it at the parking on our first morning? If I need to go to City Hall does he need to be there? I could pop in on Monday when we arrive but he doesn't have a ticket for Monday!

Yes the disabled parking is through the main parking.

You can show them the letter and hopefully they will let you through as I think you are supposed to have the pass or a blue badge. Depends on the CM but most of them on the parking gates are really nice and helpful

Your Dad will have to be with you at City Hall in order to get the pass. Try on Monday at Guest relations outside of the park they might be able to do you one there as they have special acces disabled ticket counters on that side too

On showing a blue badge, disabled access pass, or hopefully in your case, the doctor's note, the CM at the parking booth will give a code that operates a barrier to the disabled parking area which is signposted from beyond the ticket booths. The code changes everyday so you will need to do this each day.
