another kindle question

My daughter has been looking for a quilted kindle cover or sleeve as a Christmas gift but hasn't been able to find one. Maybe something like a Vera Bradley style. Too bad they don't make any. Anyone know of a website?

Got DW a vera bradley "netbook" holder that fits the kindle perfectly.

it is padded and she can put all the extra stuff in the zippered outside pocket.

Borsa Bella sells bags through etsy, but also at www.borsabella.com. The bags are very nice and the creator is wonderful to work with. If you happen to see a fabric in another bag style on her site and you want an ereader bag in that fabric, she will make it for you if she still has that fabric available. Her turn-around time is fantastic, too. My DIL and I each bought ereader travel bags from Borsa Bella, but she makes smaller, more snug ereader bags, too.

I was just going to recommend this! I ordered one from her, she custom made it for me, and shipped it the next day!! It's wonderful.

I have a Borsa Bella bag, and I love it. It's heavy-weight material, which protects the Kindle well, and when you order you can choose the zipper at the top or the side, depending upon your preference.

I've had mine over two years, and I can't remember price or turn-around time, but I am satisfied with how it's held up over the two years.

Last summer I was packing for our cruise, and I realized that my Vera Bradley mini-hipster was a perfect Kindle size. It isn't as heavily padded as my Borsa Bella bag, but it has a shoulder strap and a couple pockets. I never put anything that isn't flat against my Kindle, but the pockets were fine for carrying my ship's ID card and a few dollars for tips at the bar. Disclaimer: I have the older Kindle 2, which is slightly larger than the newer models, so take that into consideration before buying the mini-hipster for this purpose.
