Another Jet Blue Praise!

We have flights from Bos to Mco in early October as my dd's have an extra long weekend over Columbus day due to teacher conference days.

Our original flight left so that we could leave right after school and arrive in Orlando in the evening and get an early start on our first full day. Jet Blue changed the flight time by only about 55 minutes but it was enough of a change that the girls would have to be dismissed. I called and explained the situation and the agent was great!! She offered to move us to any more convenient flight that day regardless of the price difference and waive the change fee.

It was a most pleasant experience and after 15 years of loyalty to AA and the sometimes downright rude attitude by the agents at AA I am going to choose JB any and every time I get the chance. Of course, if I ever get to use my accumulated miles I will have to fly AA but its so hard to find flights with miles seats who knows what will happen to them

I had a similar situation with my flight for September. I do not want to sign my kids out early, and I am travelling with another family.
Jet Blue was able to get both families onto another flight, and we even got seats together, which we did not have on the other flight.
This will be my first flight with Jet Blue, but I am already very happy with them.
