Another Insider package-New Adventures!!

If Scotland is a 7-8 night adventure, there really wouldn't be adequate time to go to London IMO. Scotland has more than enough to do in a week. Plus London is kind of far from Edinburgh - you'd spend most of the day on the train unless you flew. I'd bet you'll see a couple of days in Edinburgh, a day in Inverness with a tour of Loch Ness, and then somewhere else - Isle of Skye, Glasgow, Sterling... lots of options. Hopefully they go up the Isle of Skye which is the prettiest area.

I wish they would include more and make it longer. If not, I guess I'll have to add some time on my own, but then I'll be responsible for everything, and that's not as much fun as letting ABD take care of everything.

I started looking around what's interesting in Scotland last night. I found the website visitscotland.com which is also promoting the movie Brave! Anyway, it would be nice to do a back to back Ireland/Scotland ABD!! I think that would be great - two unknown countries for me!!

I would love to see an England/Scotland trip. I loved the Knights and Lights but it only piqued my interest to see more of England.

Update: Just got confirmation that it is focused just on Scotland. There definitely will be a tie in crossed with the movie Brave for the itinerary.

I didn't think it was likely, but I was hoping they would create a longer trip and combine Ireland and Scotland. I wish we could do back-to-back ABDs, but even if the dates worked out, I don't think I could bring myself to spend that much money on one vacation. If we decide to do the Scotland trip maybe we can spend some time in Ireland on our own, or vice versa.

This is what I don't understand about ABD. An Adventure Insiders email just came to my son's email adress, telling him that ABD has 3 new trips for 2013 and the URL where he can get the details on May 22. I didn't register my son's email for the Adventure Insiders program and I've never used it for anything with ABD. He has registered at other Disney website though, so that's why they have the address. So far, I haven't received an email at the address I used to register for the Adventure Insiders program. I'll probably get it later.

Same here. My hubby is the one who keeps getting the emails as well and I don't think he ever visited the ABD site! What more the Insiders! Hahaha!!! He keeps forwarding it to my email and I never get them.

I hope that they add another USA based trip. As much as I'd love to see other countries, I don't know that our family will ever really do it. We loved our Spirit of America trip, and we're leaving for Southwest Splendors in a month.

I'd like to see something in the Michigan area (include Mackinac Island), New England states, and New York.

I'm right there with you! These European airfares are killers! Love to hear about the Southwest Splendors trip. That's the one I want to do. Waiting for the adults only trip dates.

I'm with you, too! While I'm loving my European trips, not only the airfare, but the flights themselves are killer. I think I have one more European trip left in me now (I really want to do Greece). I'd love to do more in the good old USA. Southwest Splendors still remains ones of my favorite trips. (check out my Trip Report in my signature).
