ANOTHER Illuminations Cruise QUESTION!

If I have ten people in my group...and I want to try to get an Illuminations Cruise...Do I call up myself and ask for the "Speciality Cruise"...then later describe that I want the Illuminations Cruise...OR....do I contact the Magical Gathering number and have that person try...?
