Another HUNDRED DAYS!

Oh, crud! I just realized all the updates I made Monday and yesterday didn't "stick". Now, I am not sure I have everyone's numbers right. Please check and let me know if you need to be updated.

I am finishing day 62. I am going away to my sisters camp and will be tempted the next two nights by frozen drinks and smores. On saturday we are going to Storyland amusement park, and that starts my new week of points, so I should be fine with 35 fps. It's tomorrow that may be my problem. I only have 5 fps left for the week. I'm going to plan to eat as little as possible at work tomorrow, and save up some points for the evening. I can do it! :cheer2:

Jana, Good luck with the boot. I hope you see some improvement soon.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Yikes, it's been a few days since I checked in. I finished day 35 today! It was a great day! I went shopping all day, thus having to eat out twice. For lunch I had grilled chicken, mushrooms and some corn. I knew we were driving through for dinner and saved enough points for my happy meal. So, even though I ate out twice, I didn't use any flex points! Woo hoo!

About the shopping, I bought three pairs of pants-2 size 16s and one 14-and four size Medium shirts! Two years ago, I was wearing a 26/28! :cool1:

Thanks again for the well wishes on my foot/boot. This is my second go around with the boot, so it has been easier to get used to. Today was a busy day, but for the next two weeks or so I will just sit and sit and sit. We'll see what happens.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
35 down, 65 to go!
Thanks!
jana

Hi everyone-
I realized i havent come and posted in awhile..There has been a lot of things going on in my life the last month or so , in terms of people i love getting in accidents, sick, etc...My eating has not been great so i have not met the challenge..I hate that i have to post this, but i think i will be in a better place to do this type of challenge after things calm down a bit..thanks everyone

Hope you all had a great weekend. I had a fun weekend at my sisters camp, and went to Storyland amusement park, but was definitely not cheat free. Indulged in several frozen drinks, smores, and ate a big lunch and big dinner on saturday, not to mention ice cream all three days. I did do some walking, but wouldn't have earned near enough activity points to cover half of what I ate. So I am still 62/100. I'm back on track today, and hope to stay here.

Jana- congratulations on the clothes. What an accomplishment. It must make you feel like a million bucks.

Blueeyes- Sorry for all you are going through. Good thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. Take care.

Kathy -- Glad you had a great weekend.
Jen -- I am so sorry about all the struggles your family has endured the past many months. I think of you often and am sending you good wishes and prayers, sweetie.
Jana -- Congratulations on such a great shopping expedition! It must have made you feel so good to buy smaller clothes. :thumbsup2

I don't know how I managed it, but I somehow squeaked in right at my maximum points and used all my flex points by last night. That just means I have to get through today and tomorrow with only daily points and activity points, then I get a new allotment. I don't feel like I am cheat free, so it feels weird to say I am through 76 days, but doing all my 1/2 marathon training is giving me APs that I can use to compensate for my lack of control over food.

Keep up the great work, ladies!

I'm 63/100 days. Today will be 64 if I make it. I've been butting heads with my 4 year old, and feeling a little stressed. I did get a nice walk in after work, and that usually helps keep me in a tolerant mood, but tonight, he's just being an imp. He's now TV free for today and the next 2 days for hitting me, and is happily playing in the tub. Hopefully he'll be a different boy when he comes out. It's amazing how quickly he can turn. I am done with my daily points, but think I'll have a little splurge with some flex points after Michael goes to bed.
Hope you are all having a great day.

Kathy -- I hope the rest of the evening with Michael was uneventful. Sending a  for a good day today! Congrats on being 63 days cheat free!

I did not have a cheat-free day yesterday. I would have been fine if I'd had any flexpoints left, but I didn't and the piece of pizza that I caved to at about 10 last night took me out of the cheat free zone for the day. So, I am still at 76/100.

I have been bad. I completely fell off the wagon over the last three days. According to the scale I actually gained 3.5lbs. I don't think I really did, but I had to have gained something. Tomorrow I MUST get back on track. I plan to journal carefully and watch my points closely. I also MUST drag my poor booted foot to the gym, even if I think I look like a dork.

The first day wasn't a cheat day because I just used all my flex points. Yesterday and today were major cheat days. That puts me at 36/100.

I will do better next week!
36 down, 64 to go.
Thanks
jana

Jana - Congrats on getting right back on plan! We'll do this together, kiddo! :cheer2:

Hi everyone. I'm 65 days cheat-free now, and at weigh in today, I finally got below 200 pounds!!! I've been fight with that number for a while. I also have lost over 10 since I joined the Wish board, so I got a new clippie. I don't think I woud have done it without all of you and all of your support, and encouragement. To know that you are not the only one who has ups and downs, good days, bad days, and horrendous days is comforting and gives me the motivation not to give up. 35 days to go!!!!!!

Good luck to everyone. Hope you all have a wonderful cheat-free week. :cheer2:

Cam--thanks for the support! I am back on track and plan to stay there (for as long as possible!)

Mikamah--Congratulations on the new clippie!

Here is what I ate today:

2 cups cereal--4 points
2 slices Light Wheat Bread-1 point
5 slices 98% fat free Roast Beef-1 point
1 slice 2% Swiss Cheese-2 points
1 100 calori Cheese Its--2 points
1 100 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookies-2 points
1 cup mandarin oranges-1 point
1 sugar free ice cream bar-2 points
2 fat free hot dogs-2 points
2 Healthy Lite hot dog buns-2 points
1 bag 94% fat free microwave popcorn-2 points
Total: 21 points!

My new goal is to stick around 22 points and hopefully not dip into the flex points unless it is an emergency. This morning the scale read 197.5. We'll see what it says tomorrow.

37 down, 63 to go!
Thanks!
jana

Congratulations, Jana! You did great staying within your points.

Yesterday was the first day in a while that I used only my DP with no flex or APs used.
Here is what I had:
B: protein muffin (2); 1/2 weight watchers yogurt (.5); coffee (1)
L: tomatoes w/1 oz mozzarella & olive oil (3); taste of bread (1); salad w/grilled chicken and no dressing (4); diet soda (0)
snack: soy crisps (2)
D: flat wrap (2) topped with diced tomatoes (0) & onions (0) & soy burger (3) & fat free cheese (.5)
dessert: weight watchers 2 pt bar (frozen) (2); lite popcorn (3)

So, I am 78 days cheat-free, even with a delicious business lunch at an italian restaurant yesterday.

Kathy -- Welcome to ONEderland!!!! :welcome: You must be so excited. I remember the feeling oh so well and fearing ever again seeing a "2" at the beginning of the scale number. I am so happy for you!

Okay, I am hoping you guys can help me get through the weekend successfully. The good thing is I should have my flexpoints all available to me, but I'd really prefer not to use them if I can control myself.
Tomorrow we'll be in a car for 7+ hours travelling to new england for a very short visit with my aunt, Saturday we'll be hanging out with them all day (and they love to eat!), and Sunday, we'll be with them most of the day and then driving 7+ hours. I am going to be sure to take plenty of weight watchers snacks and baby carrots with me so that at least the car rides won't be spent noshing on combos or wheat thins (family favorites). Keep your fingers crossed for me! :goodvibes:

Today I finished day 38! This morning the scale read 196. I knew I didn't really gain that weight. Here are my points for today:

Breakfast: 2 cups cereal-4 points
Lunch: 2 slices Light wheat bread-1 point
1 slice 2% Swiss Cheese-2 points
5 slices of 98% fat free Roast beef-1 point
1 container mandarin oranges-1 point
1 package Cheese Nips-2 points
2 Girl Scout Cookie-3 points
Dinner: 2 fat free hot dogs-2 points
2 Healthy Lite buns-2 points
2 Girl Scout cookies-3 points
Snack: One bag popcorn-2 points
Total: 23

Two days under my points! Yay!
38 down, 62 to go!
Thanks!
jana

Hey, Jana! We are right on track with each other -- this is my second day finishing under my daily points, too! And I earned 8 activity points that I haven't touched!
I am at 79 days and heading up to a cool bath with a great book.

I'm finishing up day 67. Still on track and cheat free this week. I definitely don't want to see a gain next week at ww, so I'm sticking to my points. I thought I might have a hard time going to 24 points, but it's going ok. I did us 8 points on ice cream today. Worth it now that the day is done, and I had enough points.

Jana and Cam- Awesome job staying under your points!!!! :cheer2: I don't think I've ever done that. Once in a while I have flex points left, but rarely.

Cam- Good luck to you this weekend. Smart to bring only healthy snacks for the car. That's a long drive which can easily be filled up with mindless eating. Hang in there. You can do it. :cool1: You and Jana have to keep us all motivated. :cheer2: Maybe one day I'll be under my points. Have a great weekend.

Kathy – Thank you so much. Congratulations on having another great day! :thumbsup2

Tasha – So wonderful to see you here. You must be really proud of yourself for being cheat free for so long. I bet you feel great! :goodvibes:

I am really excited about having been under my points for 2 days in a row. I can’t remember the last time I did that. I ALWAYS use at least some of my activity points. I’ve come to the realization that if I want to lose more weight, I have to act like a person on a diet, a very flexible diet for sure, but a diet nonetheless. I have been living a pretty normal food life, just choosing low or no-fat options and using lots of WW and LC frozen meals and that is an awesome lifestyle to follow – for the long-term. I certainly seem to have the whole “maintenance” thing down pretty well, since I have been within the same 4 pound range for months and months. If I want to lose, though, I really have to kick up the effort. So, we’ll see what I can accomplish over the next few weeks.

I really, really appreciate the support and motivation I find here. You guys are so awesome!

Tasha--Congratulations on your 40 days! I'll be joining you soon!

Mikamah--I struggled when I dropped to 24 points! I'm glad that it hasn't been too bad for you. I hope you see a loss this week!

Cam--Thanks for the support! How did you do today?

Today was/is difficult. I had an all day training where they provided lunch so I had no choice about what to eat, okay, I had a few choices, but I was hungry and training was boring (statistics, yuck!)

Breakfast: 2 cups cereal 4 points
Snack: Blueberry muffin-3 points
Lunch: Baked chicken breast-4 points/Rice-4 points
Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookie-3 points
Dinner: Frozen meatloaf meal-4 points/100 calorie cookies-2 points
Total: 24

Of course, it is only 7:00 and I have to stay up until midnight to watch the Bears play. I will not use any flex points today. I just won't do it.

39 down, 61 to go!
Thanks!
jana

I am so sorry that I have not been here more in the past couple of weeks. My dh and ds came home from camp this week which means we have jump started his Eagle Project (spent two days working 6 hours each day in the cemetery cutting and moving branches from trees and bushes that are extrememly ovegrown (nothing has been done in the cemetery for over 15 years except mow the lawn)) I also had a physical and a wake to go to one Monday and then a funeral on Tues (a friend's husband died and I have known her since college. She teaches the same subjects that I do over at the other high school so we are always talking or emailing. it was very sad)

I am on day 82/100. I agree with Cam that I have been the same for the last few weeks and I would like to kick it up. I can't complain too much since I did lose some weight from last year's physical but my cholestrol did go up. I have 4 months to bring it down or I am on chemicals. I don't know if I can do this since it has gone up even with working out and losing weight but I am going to give it a try. I am trying to eat oatmeal with wheat germ and flax seed for breakfast every morning (It will be easier once I get back to school) Iam also trying to include physillium seed into my diet also. We'll see if it works (I know that heredity is against me but a girl can try can't she)

Congrats to all that are keeping up. You are getting closer to the end.
