We are going to be going in May of 2009 and I want to book rooms at the HOJO so I actually have 2 questions:

1. Do they offer adjoining queen rooms? My husband and I are going with our sister and niece and would like to book them an adjoining room so my niece can walk between the 2 rooms while we are all getting ready each day?

2. Can we book both rooms using the entertainment rate or does that rate only apply to one room and then you have to pay full price for the other?

Thank you for you help:thumbsup2

Hi, Lorealle works at HoJO and she often answers questions on this forum. She's a friendly and fabulous source of info, and she'd be happy to help you. Here's her e-mail in case she doesn't see this soon: lorealle.bishop@hojoanaheim.

I was able to book 2 queen room's at the ent. rate for this Dec ~ I think I was told no more than 2 rooms can be booked by 1 person at the ent. rate.

Just in case Lorealle can't get back to you right away, if the ent. rate is available, you can reserve up to 2 rooms per card. You can request connecting queen rooms, but they will not guarantee it. They will do their very best to give you what you request, but they have a limited number of connecting rooms.

What is a good entertainment rate?
I called and it was the same as what I could get on-line?
October 29-November 2. $107

The Entertainment Rate is a GREAT rate you can get if you have a valid Entertainment Book. You can use the code SD50 online to see if it's available otherwise it's best call the 714 Anahiem HoJo number and get in house reservations to see if it's available for your stay.

I would bet you called the national 800 number. You have to call the Anaheim hotel and ask for "in house" reservations, making sure that the people are actually there at the hotel.

There is a "normal" HoJo Entertainment Book rate which is simply a percentage off rack rate. That's at all HoJos.

But at the Anaheim HJ, they have an amazing Entertainment Book rate which, when it's an applicable date, is $59 for a normal room and $74 for a deluxe room.

This is the main Ent. Book section of HoJo Anaheim's forum.

disneycrazzzy, looking at your dates on the date list thread from the link above, it looks like only the 29th is covered (though back in January they added a date that hadn't been included right at the last minute, so I believe they can and do update the list as time goes on). But being a Dis member gets you 15% off, and if by chance your'e going to get an AP they have a 20% for Annual Passholders! So you could book the 29th with the Entertainment Book rate (which would probably get you more off just that night than the cost of whatever Entertainment Book you get (you do NOT have to get the Anaheim book)) and then use other discounts for the other nights...

If you call again make sure to call the local hotel and get in house people, and see how they can help you!
