Another HHI waitlist! Update-I got Easter!

I called yesterday morning, hoping to snag a studio at HHI for Easter, and a few days on each side of the holiday. Only the first day was missing, so I waitlisted. But they assured me that at that time all the other days were available except the first, but I had to call back today for the reservation. So I called back today-once again, the first night (yesterday it was the second night) was available. So I'm waitlisted for that night, have to call back tomorrow for the rest. Oh, but as of this morning, the rest is all available. Yeah, right-tomorrow I'll call back and probably have to waitlist again!

Update-so I called this morning, figuring "Another waitlist", only this time I got it. Easter 2011 at Hilton Head Island here we come! And besides April 24 being Easter Sunday, it's our wedding anniversary. We're still waitlisted for the 20th and 21st, but we've got the 22nd-29th. We've never been at that time of year, and it's the warmest time we've ever been. We've never used the hot tub, it's been too cold for us, but hopefully we will in April.

congrats on getting your days. I just called today and also got a 2br for the week of the 25th. Guess I'll see you there!

After seeing people put up dates on the DVC availability thread for the days leading up to Easter, I was getting really nervous. But today we also got our 2 bedroom for April 25-30th. So we'll be there as well! Maybe we should all meet up at the hot tub!

We will be there on the 21 and 22. We are taking a 4 night cruise the 10 - 14, spending the 14 - 21 at BLT, then splitting up our drive back to NY with the 2 nights in HHI, 1 night in OBX, and 1 night in Rehobooth Beach, DE.
