Well, I didn't say anything about "without a cooler" I have a (alien green, I swear to it, DIS color all the way) soft sided cooler that *should* fit in the large locker, as well as two sets of ice packs for it, so I can have one set freezing at the house, and the other set in the bag. I intend to bring almond butter and polaner all fruit sandwiches and bottled water, and then just put the cooler in the locker until lunch time.

Thought Disney didn't allow a cooler. Good to know.

Yep. Like I said, Disney's prices from bottled water to any quick service food are ultra reasonable in comparison lol

It is called the going rate combined with inflation and a higher cost of operation.
Every theme park out there is just about on par in terms of price.
At least Disney let's you bring your own in.
It is not price gouging.
If you want to say that the cost of admission is price gouging, you might be on to something.

They don't allow hard sided coolers, or anything with wheels (yes, I know, I've seen both in the parks, but they are against the rules) however soft sided coolers are fine. Do note that the size of said cooler must be no larger than 24" x 15" x 18"

The dining plans and 'free' dining created the death knell for the Disney dining experiences of years ago. It really is a joke today.

I must really be unsophisticated in my tastes, then, because I still really enjoy the Disney dining experience. *shrug*
