Based on our last experience with L & M, we rented from them again this past weekend. The first time around, I was nervous because of reading bad reports here, but our experience was totally smooth. No line, no insurance pressure, and a brand new car. I was hoping that it wasn't just a fluke!
This time, the experience was the same...the car was a little older (1000 miles vs. less than 10), but there was no line and no pressure at all. The only thing I find odd is that their cars are really, really well equipped, but both times they didn't give us the key fob to unlock/lock them remotely. That's the only thing I miss with them! But I will definitely rent from them again when the price is right.
