Another gift baskets question

Can the gift baskets be delivered and left if it's not a Disney property?
We are staying at the Sun Regal (formerly Grosvenor) and I would love to have one of these done up for DS4.

I think that they deliver to any hotel there in the WDW area. I do not think it has to be a WDW resort.
