Another GF Spa Question

We are heading down to WDW in December and are staying at the GF. It will be me, my fiance, my mother and her mother. My sister who lives in Florida will be visiting us on Friday. I was thinking about booking them all a spa package with the manicure, pedicure and facial.

My question is can they set up group treatments or is it all individual appointments. For example, could my mother and my sister get their manicure, pedicure and facial together and could my fiance and her mother get their treatments together.

Manicures and pedicures are done in an open room setting, so yes, they would probably be all together. The facials and massages are usually done in private treatment rooms. Speaking as a woman who has had spa treatments, the only one's that you like to be with someone else are the manicure & pedicure. It's a set up that you can easily chat with each other. The other treatments are very quiet, soft music and candles, so the less distractions the better. You can have the appointments made at the same time and all the ladies will be together, sitting on the sofas and relaxing in the lounge before they go off to their separate rooms. Within the women's lounge, there is also a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, so plenty of area's for them to do some female bonding if they desire.

Is this a surprise for them? Just my .02 cents, but you might want to think about booking just the manicure/pedicure for the group and then adding on something special, like having sparkling cider and fruit served to them at the same time.

Whatever you decide, I'm sure they'll love it.
