Are there in rooms on the first floor? I am traveling with a baby and I really hate using elevators!!!!

Also, what is the best section to ask for?

What do the king bed rooms look like?

And, finally where would I request a room so that I could look out the balcony onto the ICE presentation?

They have first floor rooms, if you're going to valet park (or don't have a car) ask for St. Augustine if you're going to self-park I'd go with the Everglades. The ICE presentation is, of course, indoors so I don't think a view would be worth anything. An atrium view is preferable to a Florida view.
