Another GAD upgrade question!!!

If I upgrade my GAD voucher to a 7 day park-hopper can I get the tickets added to my KTTWC so I just have one "card" to worry about?

Yes.

The upgrade may have to be done at a Park, while the attaching to the KTTW can only be done at a Resort Lobby Concierge.

So I go to the parks...Upgrade tickets...go back to resort and get new KTTWC's? or do I have to upgrade before I check in?

They will not issue a new KTTW but will modify your KTTW to include the ticket you have upgraded to.

But the sequence is you must redeem the voucher first, you must enter the park second, and then you can upgrade third. You can then take (step 4) your upgraded ticket and your KTTW card to the Lobby Concierge and the ticket entitlements will be added to the KTTW.
