Maybe it's just me, but my great big 12yo still makes me laugh.
We were watching the news this morning, and the first thing that came up was a piece about a whole bunch of young teenage girls who had camped out on the street for several days in order to buy tickets to see Justin Bieber.
"Wow," said my 12yo son, wide-eyed. "I wonder how long they had to save up to do that?"
"I don't think the tickets are all that expensive," I said.
"But look," he said. "They've got tents... and a generator!"
"Maybe they borrowed them from someone?"
"But that girl said her generator just BROKE!" My son looked appalled.
I bit back a laugh and just said, "Then I guess she'll be paying that one back for a long time."
"Yeah... Man, that's gonna be rough for her." My son sounded like he'd just witnessed a plane crash or something, live on TV.
For some reason the idea that my son really believes these girls have to pay for their entire Bieber-stakeout all by themselves just cracks me up.

THAT sounds like something my DS7 would say!
We are of course big disney fans and Jimmy Buffett fans.
) So I was telling him this is Winnie the Pooh. When my friend came to pick him up he pointed at my shirt with a big smile on his face and yelled "SHAMPOO." It was so funny.
