Staying at POP. Upgraded the Free QSDP to the DDP. Still trying to decide if I really want a TS everyday. My question is, can I change back to QSDP anytime before my 45 day without losing the free dining or does it need to be done soon while there is still availability?

You won't lose the free dining if you downgrade.
The only thing to watch out for is be sure you do it before 45 days, after that you are charged a change fee if you decrease the cost of your package.
