Another free dining question

I am contemplating changing my April trip to August or September, primarily because with all the talk of the norovirus hitting WDW, I'm kind of scared to bring a 1 month old. At least by September he'll be 6 months old. Anyway, if I have a trip booked already and they announce free dining, will I be able to apply it to my existing reservation? I just want to be sure I'll be able to get it. TIA!!

Yes, if there are rooms available at your resort for the free DDP you can add the code and change your reservation.

You will need to call when it is released to see if there are rooms avail for the promotion( they only designate a certain # of rooms eligible for free dining per resort).If there are rooms avail for the dates you want than they can add it.
