Another FP+ question: Military tickets

We will be traveling to WDW in June for the first time since FP+ (we were overseas for 3 years). We plan to purchase the 4 day Military Salute tickets. How will these work with FP+? The passes are 4 day passes (with water park visits), so do I just make FP+ selections for any 4 days during our stay? Will the MDE know that they are Military Salute tickets?

They will have a number on the back of the vouchers that you plug in on MDE under tickets. It will recognize them and link them to your account. You can then make your FP+ selections at 60 days out if you are staying on property, or 30 days out if your staying off property. You can make your selections for all 4 days of your trip. Don't forget you have to activate the tickets before you can use them at any of the park ticketing windows There is also somewhere in Disney Springs that I hear you can activate them at, but I'm not sure where that is. We used these tickets this past May so feel free to ask any other questions you may have!

Military Salute tickets can be added to MDE just like a regular ticket. The rules for making fast pass selections are the same as any other ticket. You may make fast pass choices 60 days out if staying on a Disney resort or 30 days out if staying off site. The four day tickets allow you to make 4 days of fast pass choices during your stay. MDE will recognize the tickets as a military ticket. Once you assign a ticket to someone in MDE, do not attempt to reassign it yourself. For some reason, MDE doesn't like that. The water park visits can be used on separate days of your trip.

You can activate tickets at guest relations in Disney Springs. That's where we activated ours.
