Another Fire: CT ~ At least 10 dead in nursing home fire

It happened in the wee hours of this chilly chilly morning, 4 or 5 degrees out.
Suspected Arson!!!
Can you imagine the chaos of evacuating disabled, confused people in thick smoke?
Yet again, How Sad and Tragic.

Apparently they have a resident of the home in custody. News said it was a 23 year old resident that had a lighter and she started it in her room.
