Another Fastpass + question

I'm sorry if this has already been answered but I couldn't find it. I am thinking of booking a room only reservation because I can save getting tickets from NEA (2 more days & park hoppers). Will I be able to link my tickets to a room only reservation & do Fastpass + before we go?

Yes you can link park tickets to a room only reservation. I'm not sure what NEA is, though.
