Another Fantasmic question

I've tried searching here and Disney's site but can't seem to find a specific answer to each of my questions about the Fantasmic package...

1) I know MM and BD have both a lunch and dinner Fantasmic package. Is there is price and menu difference between L and D?

2) If you book the H&V Fantasmic dinner package during May (Star Wars weekends), are there characters dressed in Star Wars costumes?

3) I know that Disney has a different opinion on "child" prices (ex. kids 10+ pay as adults on park tickets) but what about in restaurants? What is the age cutoff for children menus?

1. Same menu all day long so price is the same whether lunch or dinner:

2. Here's the info on the Star Wars character meals. Note that they will be offered everyday from May 4-June 15. The price for the Fantasmic! Dinner Package at H&V is considerably higher than the usual price as listed in #1:

3. In most restaurants anyone can order from the children's menu. However, for the F!DP, buffets, all you care to eat family style venues, CRT, dinner shows, Akershus and the platter at Whispering Canyon the price is based on age so even when ordering from a child's menu anyone 10 years and up will be charged the adult price.

I heard from a friend that, when they booked the F!DP at MM last year, they were only allowed the Calamari appetizer as a shared one and not allowed to order it as an individual appetizer (she and her DH).
Anyone else have this problem?
