Such a cute family! And that video is SOOOO much better than a boring old fashion home video.
I would love to do a video like that but our family aren't very photogenic LOL.
My oldest would also like to ask the ages of your oldest two who rode ToT with you... she's considering the idea.![]()
well, our oldest 3 rode it. all of them like it.
the boy you see in the video is 5. he is not a crazy ride person but he is was 44 inches tall so on this trip he "tried" expedition everest, mission space, space mountain, and tower of terror. he ended up loving all of them. (he's also the one with his hands up in space mt.)
anyway, our youngest is 41 inches. tall enough for tower of terror, but we have not really even presented it as an option for him since he's still a bit gun shy on big thunder mountain.
all of this to say.... the build up and anticipation of the drops is much much worse that the actual up and down part of the tower. the whole up and down part can't last longer than 30 seconds is my guess. just have her look at it that way. 30 seconds is all she needs to last.![]()
Ooh good to know. She was just 40 inches last time and definitely wasn't emotionally ready, but I think she can do it now... you're right, it's definitely more the pre-stuff that would freak her more than the actual dropping. But especially seeing others of similar ages managing might help calm fears. I'll let her watch all she wants if it'll help fears go away
